Being made up of mostly stretches, this workout is a bit difficult to explain in writing.
The exercise list consists of:
Lunges
Hip flexor stretches
Plank work/side plank work/push-ups
Plie stretches
Oblique work
Leg lifts
I will do my best to come up with a more thorough explanation in the next few days.
